More and more customers are now using our online ordering facility. We just want to clarify one or two queries we have received:

Lead Times
Please note that all of our cutlery and silverware is manufactured to order. Our standard lead times on all silverware is 3 - 4 weeks. China and crystal items are usually dispatched within 5 working days.

Payment
The site is currently NOT set up to take online payments. Once an order is placed we will contact you to discuss your order, lead times and to provide a quotation for shipping. Once you're order is ready for dispatch we will contact you to arrange payment.

Company policies stipulate that we never take payment before an order is ready to be dispatched.

Shipping
Due to the sheer variety of products that we offer it is impossible to provide accurate shipping charges via an online shopping cart. Hence you will notice that the shipping column appears as £0.00 regardless of what you are ordering.

Once your order is placed we will confirm to you what your individual shipping charges will be based on the items you are ordering, their weights and dimensions. This ensures you are not overcharged for carriage.
